Donald left this world on December 11, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary; and his siblings, Norman, Milton, LeRoy, Howard, Jack, Jimmie, Ronald, Iva, Jane and Bernice.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Sandra Towey (John), Michael Buettner, Mary Buettner (Mark Rockymore) and Kathryn Buettner; his grandchildren, Kristin Turner (Joe Herman), Stephanie Ibsen (Daren), Samantha Buettner, Paden Buettner and Rianna Buettner; and his great grandchildren, Ada Herman and Huxton Herman.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (19921 Nightingale St NW, Oak Grove, MN 55011). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to a local food shelf.
