It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Wayne Haugen of Anoka, Minnesota, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Haugen and Pauline Haugen (Souder); and his sisters, Kathy and Carmen. He is survived by: his sons, Todd Hall and Dorian Haugen; his stepchildren, Dawn Carpenter and Darren Carpenter (Melissa Kloehn); his grandchildren, Cody, Neil Hall, Zachary McDermott and Madelyn Haugen; and his siblings, Yvonne Sander (Scott), Elaine Erickson, Glennis Haugen, Dennis and Kenneth Haugen (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
