He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Forslin and Marjorie Forslin (Morell); and his wife Patsy Long. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Ritter (George Mayer) and Julie Snicker (Tom); his daughters, Kari Zins (Rick) and Robyn Frank (Dave); his grandchildren, Michael Zins (Amanda), Kristina Dabbs (Derek), Richard Forslin (Holly), Peter Frank (Brittany), Laura Frank and Rebecca Frank; his stepsons, Brian Long (Bonnie) and Brad Long (Joel); and his stepgrandchildren, Josh, Anna, Emily, Grant, Jacob and Aaron. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
