He is survived by: his wife Janet Clark; his siblings, Marjean Hill (Ed), Fern Rothfuse, Larry Entzel (Kathy) and Don Entzel; his daughters, Cynthia Entzel, Tracy Entzel and Nicola Kapala (Steven); his stepdaughter Amy Clark; and also Nancy Schafer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
