He is survived by: his significant other Diane Turnquist; his daughters, Tracy Hayek, Chris Davenport (John) and Shelley Lutzke; the parent of his children Bobbie Hayek; his siblings, Leonard Hayek, Phyllis Elling (Ed) and Patricia Feltes (Len); and also, Mike (Jan), Bill (Jan), Jon Turnquist (Lotta), Callie Hayek, Joshua Lutzke, Abigail Gustafson (Jon), Anna, Alec, Connor Davenport, Jaime, Josh, Jacob, Emily, Matilda Turnquist, Jessica Larson (Ryan), Cole, Maya Carlson, Troy, Tasia Davenport, Sophia Weber, Claire, Henry Gustafson, Kobe, Zion Whittaker and Levi Larson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and wonderful life-long friends.
