He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Francis and Crispina Therese Woitas (Staloch); his former wife Nadine; his children, Christine Woitas and Chuck Woitas; his stepson John Cody; his grandson Jonathan Woitas; and his siblings, Virginia Humbert and Sylvester "Cy" Woitas.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cody-Woitas; his children, Therese Woitas, Mike Woitas (Barb), Jenny Pehrson, Margaret Robinson, Donna Misra (Kashi), Judy Little (David), Lois Vetter (Donn), Georgia Woitas and Joni Woitas; his daughter-in-law Lesa Beeler; his stepchildren, Suzanne Stang (Roger), Patricia Knight, William Cody (Cindy), Matthew Cody (Lynn) and Donald Cody (Robert Carrillo); his brother Clem Woitas; and his pet Bosley III. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church in St. Cloud.
