He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Weinkauf and Lucy Weinkauf (Schulze); his wife Caroline Lange; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty", Loren Storjohann and Vernon Heath.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Boonstra (Jon) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Leslie Gearey (Scott), Todd Boonstra (Stacy) and Jason Boonstra (Cheryl); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Dawson, Dylan Gearey, Jack, Alexis, Sam Boonstra, Nathan and James Boonstra; his brother Ervin Weinkauf; his siblings-in-law, Gertrude "Trudy" Storjohann, Iona Heath and Arlo Lange; and also Green of St. Peter's Ev. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Parkinson Foundation.
