He is survived by: his wife Marly J. Smith; his children, Kim Harbinson (Eric Schroeder) of St. Paul and Joe (Katie) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Zach, Evan Schroeder, Sean and Maggie Harbinson; his siblings, Shelia Palewicz (Jim), Tom and Jerry Harbinson (Chris); and his sisters-in-law, Marlene and Nancy Harbinson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers or memorials, prayers for Joe and his family are preferred.
