He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Norgren and Hazel Norgren (Wadman); his wife Sally J. Juliot; his daughter Bonnie; and his siblings, Marie Anderson, Lois Erickson and Douglas Norgren.
He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Judy) of Brooklyn Park and Tim (Rosemary) of Annandale; his grandchildren, Jessie Larson (Joe), Jason, Josh, Trent Norgren (Kaitlyn), Kendra Kotilinek (Dylan) and Rilee Norgren; his great grandchildren, Ashley, Kaylee, Beau and Peyton; and also Rick Ryan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
