He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Scott (James), Janet Crane (Eric), Heidi Ames-Berg (Eric Berg) and Andrea Price (Chris); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Andreas, Jasmine, Christopher, Micah, Emily, Nicolas, Nicole, Marie, Michelle, Nadia, Caitlin, Coye, Farrah, Kendra, Sierra, Ember, Levi and Lilly; and his great grandchildren, Dieter, Ruby, Imogen, Otto, Fred, Sofia, Hal, Joanna, Elliot, Hazel and Ryland.
