It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Holmquist (Andover, Minnesota), who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan. She is survived by: her children, Dalona Lea (Greg), Dan Holmquist (Lisa), Thaddeus Holmquist, Denise Murphy and Daneille DeBruyn (Dan); her grandchildren, Jeannie Swanson (Jeremy), Isaac Molin (Brianna), Caysey Reph (Greg), Kellie Ernst (Nate), Laura Molin, Erik Hammer, Austin Holmquist (Victoria), Brent DeBruyn (Maggie), Scott Hammer (Kaitlyn), Bradley DeBruyn, Jeffrey Hammer (Maddi) and Emily Hammer; and her siblings, Harold Elias (Karen) and Alona Kerze (Jim). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
After the service there will be a reception at the church and the interment will be PRIVATE at West Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove. Due to health and safety concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Social Distancing and masks are required.
