He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Cecilia and Wilfred "Papa" Mahowald. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Emily (Nathan Yurek) and Hannah; his pets, Wilson and Lulu; his siblings, Dan (Katy), Josh, Sarah Buffington (Joe) and Becky; his parents, Patricia Theroux (Jeffrey) and Rod (Nancy); his grandmother Eileen Mahowald; and his mother-in-law Patricia Kassekert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
