He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. and Agnes (Pat). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jennifer Callahan (Jason), Amy Audette (Ken), Sandra Audette (Tom) and Patrick Lindmark (Amy); and his grandchildren, Carter Callahan, Kaitlyn Callahan, Harrison Audette, Grace Audette, Henry Audette, Luke Audette, Vincent Audette, Laurel Audette, Lucille Lindmark and Joseph Lindmark.

Donations can be made in Dick's name to the National Pancreatic Cancer Association.
