He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Cottrell and Katherine Cottrell (Swanson). He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, David (Becky), Daniel, Donald and Douglas; his grandchildren, Kristi Johnson (Erick), Katie, Aaron (Elizabeth) and Aimee; and his sisters, Kay Arens and Carol Reinking (Gordy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
