She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Erickson and Cecile Erickson; her parents-in-law, John and Helen Salmi; her daughter Julie Shaw; her brother Theodore Erickson; her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Ollanketo and Thomas Ollanketo; and her grandson Thomas Konen.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin; her children, Molly and Jacob (Natalie); her grandchildren, Emma Trzynka (Thomas), Margaret, Parker, Anne, Emelia Konen and Hannah Konen; her daughter Carrie Juusola (Mitchell); her grandchildren, Aili, Marcus and Evelyn; her son-in-law Joseph Shaw; her grandchildren, Erica and Daniel; her daughter Katie Himes (Paul); her grandchildren, Cedric and Daphne; her siblings, Marilyn Kovala (Raymond) and Lawrence Erickson (Lauren); and her sister-in-law Marian Erickson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of brothers and sisters.
