He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his daughters, Erica Collier (Ben Leeds) and Michelle Collier (Preston); his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Carter, Jackson and Madison; his brother Steve (Patti); and his nieces, Melissa (Tom) and Jessica (Andrew). He is also survived by Relatives and Friends.
