He is survived by: his children, Tim Koltes (Dianne), Tom Koltes (Adair) and Theresa Muth (Peter); his grandchildren, Cheyne Koltes (Shaunae), Meagan Meyer (Scott), Amanda Koltes (Logan Carlson), DJ Koltes, Ryan Koltes, Noah Muth, Rebecca Muth and Cody Muth; his great grandchildren, Briggs, Ila, Callen and Weston; and his siblings, Betty Dennis (Donald), Dorothy Shannon (Dick) and Clifford Koltes (Peggy).
