He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his daughter Julie Perrine; his grandchildren, Leah and Andrew of Minneapolis, MN; his daughters, Roxanne Rothschild (Bryan) of Falls Church, VA and Angela Green of Andover, MN; his siblings, Leah Chuba of Maple Grove, MN, Marjorie Pfeifer (James) of Apache Junction, AZ and Donald Green (Beverly) of Ham Lake, MN; and his brother-in-law Larry Gilbert of Las Vegas, NV.
