He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Delia; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, Max (Alicia), Sarah (Tyler) and Emilie; his granddaughter Carly; and his siblings, Nancy Floberg (Leonard) and Jim Montan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
