He was predeceased by: his parents, John Aulwes and Dorothy Ringstrom; his daughter Christina Aulwes; and his siblings, Bobby Ringstrom, Joan Aulwes and Mary Aulwes.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Aulwes (Thieschafer); his children, John Batchelder, Heidi Aulwes, Ray Konwinski, Rick Aulwes (Heather), Randy Aulwes (Leanne), Nick Konwinski (Cassie), Crystal Reynolds (Lyle), Lisa Sybilrud (Chris), Billy Dressen and Brian Aulwes (Kirsta); and his siblings, John Aulwes (Lynda), Pat Aulwes (Susan), Ed Aulwes and Kathy Reinartz (Aulwes). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
