With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Cook of Andover, Minnesota, who passed away on May 10, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Esther; and his sister Muriel. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Lorinda Dale (Tim); his grandsons, Nathan and Alex; and his siblings, Glenna Dangelo (Tom) and Dr. Kenneth Cook (Haruko). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

I have fond memories of the two of you in your front row seats at GSCC and David always holding the hymnal for the two of you as well always having his Bible open and ready for the sermon. He had great knowledge of the Bible and it was fun listening to his Bible stories. 💔🙏🏽”
