He is survived by: his wife Angie; his sons, Jason (Tina) and Joseph (Kristy); his grandchildren, Tyeler, Carter and Bella; his great grandchild Chance; his parents, Shirley Moore and Don Moore; his siblings, Candie Bissonette, Daniel Bissonette (Jaana) and Jeffrey Moore (Lanattee); and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Mumbleau (Craig), Jean Englund (Craig) and Chris Schneider. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family to be donated to a charity near to Dave's heart.
