Choy is survived by: husband Shee Yee Moy; children, Henry Mui (Bonnie) and Janice Wong (Chung Fat); grandchildren, Jessica Bauer (Daniel), Vivian Kor (Jeremiah), Monica Wong, Vincent Wong and Simon Mui; and great grandchildren, Olivia Bauer, Zoey Kor, Elouise Bauer and Leo Kor. Choy is also survived by relatives and friends.
