It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Rowley of Andover, Minnesota, who passed away on May 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Rowley and Margaret Rowley; his siblings, Beverly Rowley and Paul Rowley; his brothers-in-law, Russell Martinson and Leon Feilmeier; and his nephew Michael Rowley.

He is survived by: his wife Carol (Helseth); his daughters, Jennifer Hildebranski (David) and Angela Gorall (Darcy); his grandson Matthew Hildebranski; and his siblings, Tom Rowley (Loretta), Barbara Feilmeier, Helen Martinson (Mark) and Sherry Rowley.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Osprey Wilds Environmental Learning Center in Sandstone.

You sent me a beautiful painted card in 1970 but I had moved a few times around San Francisco, but I happened to come across it in my belonging just recently.
