He was predeceased by: his sisters, Debbie Bethke and Theresa Oxendale; and his nephew Brandon Bethke. He is survived by: his wife Amy Bethke; his parents, Gary Bethke and Reva Bethke; his sisters, Penny Kletschka (Joe), Sandy Gohde (Kip), Meghan Bethke, Jaida Samudra, Sabrina Brick (Gary) and Zan Bethke (Greg); his parents-in-law, Roger and Sigrid Hubley; and his brother-in-law Gary Oxendale.
