It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Jean Day (Amboy, Minnesota), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on February 18, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Dreher and Ruth Dreher (Haan); her stepgranddaughter Amy Jo Green; and her brother-in-law Keith Deter. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Purrington (Scott) and Pam Torkelson (Kurt); her stepdaughters, Darla Day and Debra Green (Tom); and her sisters, Patricia Baker and Carol Lee Deter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, honoring Donna's love of animals, memorial donations may be given to the donor's choice of preferred Lions Club or Humane Society.
