James left this world on December 16, 2024 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lehnertz and Corrine Lehnertz (Scherbring); and his sisters, Judy Arndt and Jean Patzner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lagasse of Casimir's Catholic Church; his children, Leslie Bianchi, Lisa Reps (Tim) and Michael Lehnertz (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Heather Seefeldt (Storm), Emily Strand (Logan), Kylee Reps (Dustin Zillmer), Elizabeth Bianchi, Abigail Bianchi, Coben Reps, Cody Reps, Isabella Lehnertz, Julieanna Lehnertz and Michael "Junior" Lehnertz; his siblings, Mary Jane Lehnertz (Kevin Iungerman), Jerry Lehnertz (Jan) and Joan Andreesen (Arnie); and his brothers-in-law, Dale Arndt and Richard Patzner.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hoff Celebration. A memorial service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
