He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Tlougan and Luella Tlougan (Heuser); his siblings, Jim Tlougan and Joan Watts; his niece Michelle Day; his great-nephew Montgomery Day; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Petit and Susan Niesen (Petit).
He is survived by: his wife June Marie Petit; his children, Edward Tlougan (Kristi), Laura Reisdorf (Paul) and Julie Bushman (Randy); his grandchildren, David Tlougan, Erin Tlougan, Nathan Reisdorf (Amber), John Paul Reisdorf (Maria), Lucas Reisdorf, Isaac Bushman and Nolan Bushman; his great grandchildren, June Reisdorf, Logan Reisdorf and Mia Reisdorf; his sister Rosemary Webster; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Petit (Nancy), Patrick Petit (Diane), Bob Petit (Barb), Bernie Petit, Mark Petit (Colleen), Mary Motske (Steve), Rita Schultz (Ed), Peggy Marshall (Bill) and Brenda Wohlers (Brad). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be donated to the Eagles' Cancer Telethon for cancer research.
