She was predeceased by: her parents, Anno Martens and Etta Martens (Huls); her children, Kathleen, Joseph and Douglas; her great grandchild Peyton Knapp; and her brother Richard.
She is survived by: her grandson Chad (Erryn Knapp) of Carlos, MN; her great grandchild Hudson Knapp; her nephew Rick (Ruth Martens) of Slayton, MN; her great-nephews, Josh Dierks of Rushmore, MN and Nick Dierks; and her close friend Duane Barry.
Shirley requested no flowers.
