He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Quinn and Lillian Quinn (Martin); his daughter Lori; and his brothers-in-law, Elmer Mann and Bill Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Tamra Carlsen (Paul) of Alexandria and Rick Quinn (Julie) of Idaho Springs, Colorado; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Mann, Sharon Wick, Bobbi Nelson and Conrad Carlson (Patricia). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews.
