He is survived by: his children, Erik Dummer (Carrie), Heidi Clark (Brian), Seth Dummer and Jesse Dummer (Aren); his grandchildren, Zachary (Aliah), Taelor, Paislee, Keaton, Braxton, Ethan, Layla, Alexis, Trent, Jack, William, Isaac, Lily and Forest; his close friend Dawn Decker; his former wife Carole Byre; and his siblings, Paul Dummer, Susan Aurand (Dean) and Laurie Torbert (Barton).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory (659 Voyager Dr, Alexandria, MN 56308). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery (15550 MN-115, Little Falls, MN 56345).
