He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Derek Hanson (Laura) and Kelsey Hanson (Eric Hull); his brother Dan Hanson (Linette); his nephews, Stephen Hanson, Andrew Hanson and Anthony Hanson; his niece Leah Hanson; his brothers-in-law, John Schultz (Gladys) and David Somdahl; and also, Roberta Hanson, Richard Somdahl, Charlie Somdahl and Elizabeth Somdahl.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (605 Douglas St, Alexandria, MN 56308).
