With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip Clare Kiltie (Alexandria, Minnesota), born in Crookston, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2024 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Hamre and Robert Marshall; his grandfather Ole Hamre; and his stepbrothers, Leslie, Wilmer and Keith Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Johnson; his children, James Kiltie (Kristine), Gail Duhn (Kurt) and Janalyn Rooney (Andrew); his grandchildren, Ryan Sterton, Kayla Smith, Logan Kiltie (Hannah), Cameron Kiltie, Devon Kiltie, Tyler Rooney and Christopher Rooney; his stepgrandchildren, Sophie and Wystan Duhn; and his great grandchild Landon Kiltie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethesda Lutheran Church (1204 N Nokomis NE, Alexandria, MN 56308). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Esther Lutheran Cemetery (11019 625th Ave, Parkers Prairie, MN 56361).
