Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (1655 18th Ave E, Alexandria, MN 56308).
In lieu of flowers, Neil expressed his preference for memorials to Galeon Senior Living, Sauk Valley Lutheran Church, both of Osakis, MN, the Minnesota Innocence Project (https://innocenceproject.org) and Minnesota Public Radio.
