She was predeceased by: her father Robert H Kvitek; her husband Ernest Prchal; her son Dale Prchal; her parent Elvina Kvitek (Moe); and her siblings, Leona Tvrdik, Ruby Kellermann, Raynold and Robert Jr..
She is survived by: her granddaughter Judy; her daughter Judy Lee (Alan); her grandchildren, Jennifer McAlpin (Marty) and Chad Lee (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Madeline Ricci (Will), Brock Sullivan, Caden Lee and Paxton Lee; and her sister-in-law Roxann Kvitek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
