She is survived by: her family Beanie; her children, Bruce Peterson (Cindy), Laurie Flesner (Curt), Michael Peterson, Brenda Beheng (Chad) and Vicki Sward (Jason); her stepchildren, Chuck Geris (Janice), Curt Geris (Margo Niehaus) and Cindy Kluver (Dave Larson); her grandchildren, Erika Peterson (Nate Pederson), Jason Peterson (Becky Mittleider), Mandi Dircks (Chad), Alison Flesner (Jon Tollakson), Dylan Larson (Laura), Justin Larson (Mackenzie Bakeberg), Bryce Sward (Madison Thun) and Mallory Sward; her stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Geris (Sarah), Brock Geris, Ryan Geris, Ashley Johnson (Garrett), Emily Geris, Hunter Geris and Cody Kluver; her great grandchildren, Carrine, Liam, Novi, Josh, Madison, Cameron, Jameson, Lauren, Wyatt, Alisa, Garrison, Lollie and Grafton; and her sisters, Marilyn Johnson (James) and Mary Hjelm (Danny). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (1655 S McKay Ave, Alexandria, MN 56308). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Kinkead Cemetery (530 Agnes Blvd NW, Alexandria, MN 56308).
