She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Klocow and Esther Klocow (Johnson); her husband Norman Kuyava; her brother Denny Klocow; her son-in-law Robert Botner; her brother-in-law Elmer Mueller; and also, Bernard and Peggy Kuyava.
She is survived by: her cousin Trudy; her children, Kathy Botner of Alexandria, Rick Kuyava (Kathy) of Monticello, Brian Kuyava (Jody) of Bertha and Kristin Smith of Fargo, ND; and her sisters, Dorothy Mueller of Long Prairie and Linda Loftis of Brainerd.
