He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Suchy and Theresa Suchy (Revering); his sisters, Mary Grimsgard (Rod), Theresa Anderson, Sylvia Kotz, Charlotte Johnson (Al) and Catherine Koelln (Carl); and his grandson Dakota Suchy.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Scott Suchy (Jenny) of Isanti, Sandra Gardner (Martin) of Coon Rapids, Sheryl Evelius (Rob) of Coon Rapids and Suzanne Bundrock (Dave) of Big Lake; his brothers, Clem Suchy (Cheryl) of Miltona and Larry Suchy (Polly) of Rogers, Arkansas; his brother-in-law Andy Anderson (Ron Kotz); his grandchildren, Ben Gardner, Nathan Gardner (Tanya), Makayla Bakkum (Dan), Stevie Suchy, Sienna Suchy, Anthony Casper (Alisha), Andrew Casper (Chandra), Alannah Peters (Matt), Alex Evelius, Nicole Schmatz (Wes) and Colton Bundrock; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Olivia, Aaron Casper, Paxton, Hazel Casper, Max Gardner, Charlotte, Natalie Gardner, Blake Swisher, Owen Peters and Ryott Bredeson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lind Family Funeral Home (1623 10th Ave E, Alexandria, MN 56308). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery (9473 County Rd 3 NE, Carlos, MN 56319).
