It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larraine Louise Stewart-Anderson (Alexandria, Minnesota), who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo "Bud" Hathaway and Elvena Hathaway; her daughter Jackie Dee Scheel (Philip Stewart); her siblings, Darlene Lundquist and Steven Hathaway; and her brothers-in-law, Miles Meier and Steve Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Anderson (Dick); her children, Jody Hemmesch (Craig), Jim Provost (Char), Jeff Provost (Sheila) and Julie Dosdall (Gary); her stepdaughter Aimee Lawson (Steve); and her siblings, Daryl Hathaway (Theresa), Donna Meier, Sharon Crooker (Mark), Gary Hathaway (Pat) and Georgia Thompson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (1655 S McKay Ave, Alexandria, MN 56308). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
