James Daniel Erickson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Daniel Erickson of Alexandria, Minnesota, who passed away on March 18, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Erickson and Esther Erickson (Tangquist); his siblings, Mendell Erickson, Edla Holmberg, Pauline Ptacek and Genevieve Bowman; his grandson Benjamin Erickson; his great grandchild Isaiah Nixon; and his son-in-law Robert Wilke.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Taggart; his children, Michael Erickson (Connie) of New London, Pamela Wilke of Watertown and Patricia Peterson (Larry) of Wetaskiwin; his brother Charles Erickson of Alexandria; and his grandchildren, Jamie Fischer (Christopher), Kelly Dunlap, Emily Detjen (Alan), Christopher Erickson (Sara), Daniel Peterson (Tammy), Jordan Peterson (Leah) and Joel Peterson (Ruth-Ann). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
