He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. II and Veda Skipp, II (Vannurden); his siblings, Donna and John; and his daughter-in-law Fredine.
He is survived by: his wife Jerri; and his children, Richard Timmins of Minneapolis, Tony Timmins of Prescott, Chris Schwanz (Heidi) of Marshfield, Annette Starr (Jim) of Cottage Grove, Michael Schwanz (Heather) of Forest Lake, Sue McGleno (Dan) of St. Paul and Steve Schwanz (Rena) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
