It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Michael Muyres of Alexandria, Minnesota, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl Muyres and Iona Muyres (Dailey); his sisters, Nancy Steidl and Barbara Drexler; and his uncle Melvin Muyres.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Springer; his sister Patricia Serie (Muyres); his brother-in-law Jerry Steidl; his children, Chris Saulsbury, Jeanne Steidl, Mike Diedrich (Laura), Marianne Myrum (Mich) and Valerie Gregory (Steve); his grandchildren, Taylor, Cole, Bob, Joycelin, Josie, Mary, Abigail, Madi, Aiden, Avery and Violet; and his great grandchildren, Maci, Orion and Kyrie.
