He is survived by: his wife Laurie Tischer; his children, Lori Harry-Nisenoff (Danny), Jimmy Tischer (Wanda), Shawn Tischer (Stacey) and Jerry Tischer (Jackie); his siblings, Wally Tischer (Roxanne) and Allie Lechner; his daughter Jamie Tischer; his stepson Kevin Harris; and his brother James Tischer. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
