She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar "Doc" Jaques and Anne Olga Christine Jaques (Bolte); her husband John Venekamp; and her siblings, Bill Jaques and Betty Mosier.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Venekamp of Alexandria and David Venekamp (Patti) of Alexandria; and her sister Terri Hurd (Gary) of Marshall. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
