He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Willie" Peterson and Alice Peterson (Anderson); his siblings, Glen "Butch" Peterson and Shirley "Babe" Munkberg; his son-in-law Steve Anderson; and his grandsons, Robert Gylsen and Jason Gylsen.
He is survived by: his uncle Thaulo; his close friends, Jim Johnson and George Fairfield; his children, William "Bill" Peterson (Georgia), Susan Anderson and Linda Peterson; his grandchildren, Shaun Peterson, Tristin Andreasen (Josh) and Cole Peterson; his great grandchildren, Graysen, Brecken Andreasen, Robb, Jayden Gylsen, Hadley Peterson and Darrian Hahn (Kevin); and his great great grandchild Andie Hahn. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home (659 Voyager Dr, Alexandria, MN 56308). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
