He was predeceased by: his parents, William Scrabeck and Esther Scrabeck (Sydow); his wife Dorothy Culbertson; his son Rev. Steven; his siblings, LaVerne (Ruth), John, Esther Scrabeck and Ruth Lyons; and his great grandchild Sammy Lucido.
He is survived by: his children, Cherilyn Bruzelius (Keith) of Lorain, OH, Jenell Cleveland (Cal) of Utica, SD and Bob Scrabeck of Bricelyn, MN; his daughter-in-law Lila Scrabeck of Rockton, IL; his siblings, Verna Carter of Ocala, FL, Mary Ann Ohm of Alden, MN, Charles Scrabeck (Kay) of Naselle, WA and Carolyn Weller of Alden, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Lilah Scrabeck (Lorna Wermedal) and Vernon Lyons of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Nasinec Funeral Home (255 2nd Ave SW, Wells, MN 56097). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the following: Gideons, Wells Assembly of God, Youth for Christ, or to donor's choice.
