He is survived by: his former wife Kristie Duann Ofstedal; his daughter Cassie O'Connor (Pat); his grandchildren, Zackariah, Kaidyn, Emmerson, Jace and Mikaela of Elkton, MN.; his children, Lucy and Eliana of Glenville, MN.; his wife Kris; and his sons, Alex and Nick. He is also survived by his parents, infant brother, and grandson.
