He was predeceased by: his parents, August Lembke and Bernice Lembke (Abbe); his brother James; and his great-nephew Brian Bellrichard. He is survived by: his sister Marlene Klukow (Lowell); his sister-in-law Janice Lembke; his nieces, Michelle Bellrichard (Rick), Lisa (Kermit) and Jill Lembke; his nephew Jeff Lembke (Allison); his great-nieces, Breanna Bellrichard (Joe), Dr. Abigail Askegaard (Gunner), Kathryn Iverson, Bryn Evans, Avery Lembke and Maggie Evans; and his aunt Phyllis Brandt.
