He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stoddard and Harriet Stoddard (Miller); and his siblings, Jean Kraskey, Roseanne Scott and Thomas Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Michelle Mattson, Angela Spicer and Francis Jr. Stoddard (Tracy); and his aunt Victoria Schwartz. He is also survived by 3 grandaughters, 4 grandsons; 3 great-grandsons.
