With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Hansen (Albertville, Minnesota), born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on June 29, 2019 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Sloneker and Alma Sloneker (Weidler); her husband Murray; her daughter Gayle Zohlmann; and her siblings, Merrill Sloneker and Helen Stenson.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Bowen of Albertville; her grandchildren, Jeff Nordlund and Kelly; her great grandchild Tyler Verboncoeur; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Genessa, Lahr and Greg Sall; her great grandchild James Lahr; and her brother Leon Sloneker of Cyrus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, besides other relatives and friends.
